Sunday School

Sunday School classes for those in Preschool through 12th grade are held on all Sundays except first Sundays and holiday weekends from September through May. Preschool through 8th grade classes will meet at 10:30 AM during worship, and 9th through 12th grade classes will meet on Sunday evenings. In Fall 2023, they will use The Lord’s Prayer: An Illustrated Curriculum. Classes are led by caring and experienced teachers who enjoy sharing God’s Word with our children! If you’re interested in joining us, please contact Director of Children’s Ministry Kate Ciufo (kate@firstpresbelair.org).

Vacation Bible School

VBS is designed and created by a team of individuals that love reaching out into our community! VBS is something we look forward to every summer. Children in pre-k through 5th grade are invited to join us for a week of fun, including crafts, outdoor activities, music, and Bible lessons.

Confirmation Classes

Confirmation Classes are held annually and offer an opportunity for students in 8th-12th grades to dig into their faith! We wrestle with difficult questions, study God’s Word, learn about the history of the church and of our denomination, and have a lot of fun doing it! At the end of Confirmation classes, students are officially eligible to become members of First Presbyterian Church and are invited to take that next step in their journey of faith.
