Its purpose is to provide temporary housing to families in need during a transitional period in their lives. Members of the church offer support and assistance as needed. One Great Hour of Sharing Logo

One Great Hour of Sharing

This is a special offering that is received during the Easter Season that supports and sustains ministries and programs that help our neighbors-in-need around the world. The offering provides relief to those affected by natural disasters, provides food to the hungry and helps to empower the poor and oppressed. The children contribute to this offering by filling fish banks during Lent. A long time member, Margaret Bridson, committed a portion of her estate through the Bridson Trust Fund toward supporting One Great Hour of Sharing as a yearly contribution. This mission is well supported by our Church.
